1. About the service
EVENTSMANDU is a ticketing platform operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. We facilitate discovery, purchase, and delivery of event tickets. Event organisers are independent sellers responsible for their events.
2. Purchases
By completing checkout you agree to the refund policy shown for that event. Prices include applicable platform fees where displayed. Payment is processed by Stripe (GBP) or Khalti (NPR) — we do not store full card details on our servers.
3. Tickets
Tickets are delivered via secure link and QR code. Do not share your ticket link publicly. Entry is subject to venue rules and the event organiser's terms.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility is set by each organiser and shown at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
