EVENTSMANDU provides ticketing technology. You remain the seller of record for your events. You are responsible for event delivery, refund policy communicated to buyers, and compliance with local laws in [Nepal / United Kingdom].
Platform fees are deducted per order as configured at publish time. Payouts for paid events are processed via the connected payment provider (Stripe Connect for GBP, Khalti for NPR) subject to provider settlement timelines.
Buyer data is processed to fulfil ticket orders. You must use attendee data only for event operations and marketing where consent was collected. See our Privacy policy.
You may not list fraudulent events, resell tickets in violation of venue terms, or circumvent platform payments. The platform may suspend accounts and unpublish events that breach these rules.
By registering as an organiser you confirm you have authority to sell tickets for listed events and agree to this agreement and the Terms of service.
